All prices on our website include free postage and packaging so the price you see is the price you pay. We make every effort to post your creations to you as soon as possible, although most are made to order so we do give a guideline of 7-10 days. In many cases we are able to create and deliver in less than this time but in busy periods and for more complex pieces it may take slightly longer.
